Waitlist privacy

Phothor LLC uses the information you submit to manage your interest in Entendu and send the access and launch emails you agree to receive.

What we keep

Your email address, confirmation and consent records, signup dates, and any plan or referral category submitted with the form. This does not create a product account or store conversations.

Where it goes

The waitlist uses our own application and PostgreSQL database. Confirmation emails are sent through our SMTP service. Your email provider also receives those emails. We do not send the list to Brevo or a hosted list manager.

How long it stays

Unconfirmed requests expire after seven days. Confirmed membership expires after one year unless you renew it. Unsubscribing removes your email address and optional preferences; a keyed suppression identifier remains for up to 30 days. Deletion removes the active waitlist record. Short-lived keyed rate-limit counters remain for up to two days. Hourly cleanup removes expired records in batches; a backlog can delay removal.

Encrypted recovery backups are kept for up to 30 days. Deleted information may remain in those backups until they expire. Backups are used only for recovery; deletion and unsubscribe requests must be reapplied before a restored waitlist sends email.

Your choices

Use the preferences link in your confirmation email to unsubscribe or delete your record. Rejoining requires another confirmation. Opening a link does not change your membership until you press its confirmation button.
